1ton Responsible Gaming — Stay in the Fun, Stay Within Your Limits
1ton believes entertainment is best enjoyed when it stays healthy and in control. On this page, we've brought together all the information and tools you need to help keep you safe.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
1ton believes online betting and gaming should be purely for entertainment. We want every member to enjoy the platform while maintaining their mental and financial well-being.
Gaming should never be your main priority in life. Play it as entertainment alongside family, work, education, and social relationships. At 1ton, we provide the tools and information to help you game safely.
Remember: winning is never guaranteed. There's always a chance of losing in gaming. Only wager money you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
Watch Out for These Warning Signs
Problematic gaming behavior develops gradually. If you notice any of the signs below in yourself, it's important to take a break.
Psychological Signs
- The urge to keep playing to win back lost money
- Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming
- Lying to family about how much you game
- Using gaming as an escape from personal problems
Financial & Social Warning Signs
- Spending money on gaming after essential expenses
- Borrowing money or dipping into savings to fund gaming
- Withdrawing from family and friends
- Declining focus at work or studies
Time and Budget — Both Limits Matter Equally
Budget Planning
Set a fixed weekly or monthly budget before you start gaming — and commit to not spending a single BDT beyond it. Remember, gaming is entertainment, so treat it as part of your entertainment budget, not your essential expenses.
Track your spending every day. If you lose more than usual one day, don't chase it with bigger bets the next. Trying to recover losses almost always leads to even greater ones.
Time Limits
Decide in advance how much time you'll spend gaming each day. Set an alarm or timer, and when that time is up, step away from the platform — whether you're winning or losing.
Take at least two completely gaming-free days each week. Never let gaming cut into your sleep, meals, or time with family.
You're in Control — Self-Regulation Tools
1ton offers members a range of self-regulation tools. Use them to set your own boundaries and manage your gaming on your own terms.
Contact support to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. It's the most effective way to stay in control of your finances.
If you feel you need a break for a while, you can request a temporary account suspension for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
If you feel you need a longer break from gaming, contact support and we'll arrange to have your account deactivated for an extended period.
Child & Minor Protection
1ton strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from registering or using the platform. Age is verified at registration, and a national ID may be requested if needed.
If there are children or teenagers in your household, use a password lock on your device and make a habit of logging out. Never share your account credentials with anyone.
If you suspect a minor has accessed your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
Keep Life in Balance, Seek Help When You Need It
Gaming should be a small part of your life. Time with family, hanging out with friends, exercise, and hobbies all matter more than gaming.
If gaming feels like it's getting out of control, don't face it alone — seek professional help. Mental health support organizations in Bangladesh are available to assist.
The 1ton support team is available around the clock. Contact us anytime at [email protected] to temporarily suspend your account or set spending limits. We're here to help, without judgment.
